The Problem

Benri built SilverDispatch for a gaming machine operator whose after-hours service calls were going unanswered. Machines would sit broken overnight — costing revenue, frustrating location partners, and creating a backlog of disappointed end-users by morning. Voicemail wasn't an option.

The System

SilverDispatch turns every incoming service request into a tracked, escalating ticket. The system classifies the issue, pages the right technician by territory over SMS, and auto-escalates down a waterfall until someone accepts. QR codes at each location let on-site reports come in without a phone call.
