About Benri

Built in Miami for operators who need the work to actually run.

Benri is a founder-led AI implementation studio run by Pazi Najman. The point is not to make your business feel futuristic. The point is to remove the workflow that keeps dragging you back into admin.

Miami-built / SMB-focused

Benri is intentionally small: direct conversation, narrow scope, fast implementation, and no maze of account managers between you and the person building the system.

Why this exists

Small businesses are not behind. They are buried.

Most SMB operators already know where the business leaks time: the missed calls, document chase, manual scheduling, CRM cleanup, owner updates, client reminders, quote follow-up, and reporting that never quite fits inside one tool.

Benri exists for the gap between knowing the work should run better and having the technical team to build it. We map one painful workflow, build the system, define where humans approve, and hand over something the business can actually use.

Operating principles

The way Benri builds is the positioning.

Build the thing

The deliverable is a working system inside the business, not a deck that explains why a system might be useful someday.

Keep the human in the right place

AI can draft, classify, summarize, route, and remind. Judgment, approvals, and sensitive decisions still need a person.

Scope before speed

Two-week builds only work when the workflow is narrow enough to understand and the finish line is written down.

Founder-led

You talk to the person responsible for the build.

This is not an agency model with a handoff from sales to strategy to delivery. Pazi scopes the work, stays close to the build, and keeps the relationship direct.

Benri came out of building real internal systems, not writing about AI from the outside.

ClaimVex - medical coding validation built around expensive billing errors
SilverDispatch - after-hours dispatch proof of concept for field service teams
Internal AI operating stack - research, content, outreach, and build workflows run through the same operating principles Benri sells

Best fit

Benri is built for operators with one workflow they can name.

  • Owner-led SMBs with 5-100 employees
  • Teams losing time to repeat admin, follow-up, intake, scheduling, documents, or reporting
  • Operators who need a practical build more than another software subscription
  • Businesses willing to start with one workflow instead of automating everything at once

Not the fit

Benri is not trying to be everything to everyone.

  • Enterprise transformation programs
  • Pre-product startups looking for an app development shop
  • Projects where nobody can own approvals or decisions
  • Requests to automate work that clearly needs professional judgment

Built artifacts

The founder-led model has to prove it can ship.

SilverDispatch and ClaimVex are the clearest current proof points: different industries, same operating belief that useful AI has to become a working system.

Mission

Every small business should run like a Fortune 500 company without the Fortune 500 budget.

That does not mean more software. It means fewer loose ends, fewer repeated handoffs, cleaner decisions, and systems that give owners time back without flattening the parts of the business that should stay human.

If the work keeps coming back to you, it is probably time to map it.
