Terms of Use

These are the rules for using benri.to (the website). They're not the contract for hiring Benri to build something — that's a separate written SOW we sign together. These terms are just for the site.

Who we are

Benri is a sole proprietorship in Miami, Florida, operated by Pazi Najman. Contact: pazi@benri.to.

What this site is

benri.to is a marketing site. We use it to explain what we do and let people book a call. There's no account, no purchase, no transaction on the site itself.

If you book a call or hire us to build something, the actual work is governed by a separate Statement of Work signed by both parties.

Acceptable use

You must be 18 or older to use this site.

You can:

• Read the site
• Click around
• Book a call
• Email us
• Reference Benri by name and link to us

You can't:

• Scrape the site at scale or with automated tools (browsers, standard search crawlers, and AI assistant crawlers like GPTBot, ClaudeBot, and PerplexityBot are fine)
• Copy our written content or visual design and pass it off as your own
• Use the Benri name or logo in your own materials beyond simple reference and linking — logo use, comparison charts, and similar require our written OK
• Try to hack, break, or overload the site
• Use the site to do anything illegal

If you do any of the prohibited stuff, we'll ask you to stop, and if that doesn't work we'll take the obvious next steps.

What's ours

The Benri brand, logos, written content, code (unless we explicitly open-source it), and visual design are ours. You can reference Benri by name and link to us. Anything beyond reference and linking — logo use, content reproduction, repackaging — needs our written OK.

If we open-source anything, the open-source license governs that specific thing.

What's yours

Anything you submit to us — Calendly bookings, emails, descriptions of your workflow — is yours. We use it only to respond to you and, if you become a client, to do the work you hired us to do. We don't repurpose it for marketing or sell it.

No warranties

benri.to is provided "as-is." We try to keep it up and accurate, but we don't promise it's error-free, available 24/7, or perfectly compatible with every browser. If something breaks for you, email us and we'll usually fix it.

Limitation of liability

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of benri.to. Our total liability for anything related to the site is capped at $100 USD.

For paid client work, the SOW we sign together has its own liability terms — those govern, not these.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable by a court, the rest still apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If a dispute arises that we can't resolve directly, the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida have jurisdiction.

Updates

We can update these terms when we need to. The "Effective" date at the top will change. Substantive changes will get a notice — typically an email if we have yours, otherwise a banner on benri.to.

Termination

We can pull access to benri.to at any time, for any reason. You can stop using it at any time, for any reason. Neither requires advance notice.
