Pricing

Fixed scope first. Fixed price second.

Benri prices around one thing: the workflow worth fixing. Start with a free discovery call, move into a paid audit only if it makes sense, and keep ongoing support optional.

Free. 30 minutes. No payment until we agree on scope.

How to read this page

These are practical ranges, not a bait-and-switch. The audit turns a messy workflow into a scope we can price without making you fund a long discovery project.

Workflow Audit

$500-$2,000

Free discovery call first → paid audit only if it makes sense → fixed-price build.

2-3 days

A paid review of the workflow that keeps eating time. You get a written roadmap whether you build with Benri or not.

  • Current workflow map
  • Automation candidates ranked by ROI and risk
  • Integration and data requirements
  • Recommended first-build scope
  • Clear no-build recommendation if automation is not worth it

Most common

Fixed-Scope Build

$2,500+

Often 2 weeks

One workflow built, tested, deployed, and handed off inside your existing stack. The scope is written before the price is final.

  • Custom AI or automation workflow
  • Human approval and escalation rules
  • Integrations with the tools your team already uses
  • Documentation and ownership handoff
  • 30 days of refinement and support

After launch

Operations Partner

Scoped monthly

Optional

Ongoing support for teams that want monitoring, optimization, new workflows, and priority access after the first system is live.

  • System monitoring and performance checks
  • New workflow scoping
  • Quarterly automation roadmap
  • Priority support
  • Monthly performance and improvement notes

What changes the price

The price follows the workflow, not the buzzword.

The same AI model can power a simple intake summary or a regulated approval workflow. Those should not cost the same.

Integrations

A clean Gmail-to-CRM handoff is different from connecting dispatch, payments, calendars, forms, and a legacy system with no usable API.

Risk level

Routine reminders can run with light review. Payments, contracts, client communication, healthcare, legal, and financial workflows need stronger guardrails.

Workflow shape

A narrow, repeated task prices better than a vague request to automate the whole business. The audit turns the messy version into a buildable scope.

Included by default

  • Written scope before build pricing is final
  • Human review paths for consequential actions
  • Testing before the workflow goes live
  • Documentation your team can keep
  • 30 days of refinement after a fixed-scope build

Not how Benri prices

  • Mystery retainers required before anything ships
  • Six-month strategy projects with no working system
  • Surprise scope changes hidden inside the invoice
  • Replacing your current tools just to make the project bigger
  • Automating work that should clearly stay human

Proof before proposal

The pricing model exists because the output is a build.

Benri's proof assets show why the process starts with scope and ends with working software: the workflow has to be mapped, built, tested, and handed off.

Frequently asked

The money questions should not require a sales call.

Why start with a paid audit?

Because the audit is where the project becomes real. We map the workflow, confirm the systems involved, define the review points, and decide whether automation is actually worth building. You keep the roadmap either way.

Can I skip the audit and go straight to a build?

Sometimes, if the workflow is already very clear. Most SMB projects move faster with an audit because the hard decisions happen before build week instead of halfway through it.

Do I have to sign a retainer?

No. The fixed-scope build is meant to stand on its own. Ongoing support is available if you want Benri to keep monitoring, improving, and expanding the system.

What if the workflow is not worth automating?

Then we say that. A bad automation project wastes money and creates maintenance work. The audit should protect you from building the wrong thing.

Start with the audit

Keep the roadmap even if we never build a thing.

If nothing is worth automating, we tell you. If one workflow is clearly costing time or revenue, we scope that first.
